STEP SIX: Accept Our Quote

To start this phase, we will require a 50% deposit of the quoted amount. This payment is to secure your commitment and allow us to begin the meticulous work of bringing your custom piece to life. The remaining balance will be required upon completion of your ring or other jewellery, ensuring a seamless and transparent transaction.

STEP SEVEN: Item Is Completed, Appraisal Completed and Final Payment Required

Before you pick up your custom made piece and/or before shipping, we will complete the appraisal process. All gemstone set jewellery will be accompanied by a complimentary appraisal - our heartfelt gift to you.

You will be contacted for the 2nd half of the payment. Once received, your jewellery item(s) will be deemed ready for pickup or shipping.

STEP EIGHT: Maintenance Of Your Ring or Other Jewellery
